- ผลตอบแทน (Absolute Return) สูงที่สุดในภาคธุรกิจการไฟฟ้าและสาธารณูปโภคของอินเดีย - สแตนดาร์ด ชาร์เตอร์ด ทำผลตอบแทนเพิ่ม 2 เท่า ในระยะเวลาเพียง 3.5 ปี สเตอร์ไลท์ พาวเวอร์ (Sterlite Power) ได้เข้าซื้อหุ้น 28.4% ในธุรกิจส่งไฟฟ้าของบริษัท จากสแตนดาร์ด ชาร์เตอร์ด ไพรเวท อีควิตี้ (Standard Chartered Private Equity (SCPE)) ซึ่งส่งผลให้สเตอร์ไลท์ พาวเวอร์ ถือหุ้นทั้ง 100% ในธุรกิจนี้ ทั้งนี้ เมื่อปี 2557 สเตอร์ไลท์ พาวเวอร์ ได้ดึงดูดการลงทุน 5 พันล้านรูปี จาก SCPE ซึ่งเป็นการลงทุนจากภาค
